- Returns are accepted just for items bought at lovelyaprons.com:
- DEFECTIVE RETURNS – Lovely Aprons can accept & process the return because of defectiveness for item bought through our site 90 days after recevied, and no receipt for original purchase is essential. Credit is issued for full value of an original purchase.
- NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS – We accept returns for the “preference related issues” and for the items bought on the internet for 30days from shipment date. We don’t accept the “non defective” returns (the returns for preference issues) after thirty days from shipment date. In case, items are returned in the 30days credit is issued for value of an original purchase cost, not including the shipping prices.
Items bought from other retailer:- NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS - We cannot accept the returns for the "preference associated issues" for the items not bought at lovelyaprons.com. Return to point of purchase for the returns. All returns should have RA number. In order, to get RA number contact us on 1-541-359-0799 and email us at customerservice@ lovelyaprons.com. The items that are returned without RA number cannot get accepted and we don’t assure that item is returned to you. Pack & seal the return items safely, in original packaging in case, possible.
